01 Calf Roll
Sit on the floor, hands behind you for support. Place one leg bent at the knee on the floor, while the other leg is extended forward, resting on the roller. Gently roll your calf over the roller, using your hands and the bent leg for balance. Switch legs.
Sit on the floor, cross one ankle over the opposite knee in a figure-4 position. Place the roller under the glute and outer thigh of the crossed leg. Hands on the floor support your balance. Slowly roll back and forth along the targeted glute and outer thigh. Switch sides. This exercise releases tension in glutes, improves hip mobility, and enhances flexibility.
Lie in a comfortable position, with the roller under the neck, knees bent. Slowly turn your head side to side over the roller, keeping movements controlled and gentle. Avoid any sudden or jerky motions. It reduces neck stiffness, relieves tension, and improves upper spinal mobility.
Lie on your back with the roller placed perpendicularly under the shoulder blades. Hands are clasped behind the head for support. Knees are slightly bent for stability. Slowly roll up and down across the upper back, keeping the movement controlled. The core should stay engaged. This exercise can improve upper back mobility and relieve shoulder tension.
