01 Squats on Pods
Stand with each foot centered on a balance pod, shoulder hip-width apart. Perform slow and controlled squats, keeping your knees aligned with your toes. This exercise strengthens legs and glutes, and improves stability and coordination.
Start in a high plank with each hand placed on a balance pod. Keep your body stable and core engaged as you alternately touch the opposite shoulder with each hand. This exercise builds core stability, shoulder strength, and balance control.
Start in a plank with hands on the pods. Rotate your torso to one side with the pod in hand, raising that arm toward the ceiling into a T-shape, then go back and switch sides. This exercise engages the core, shoulders, and obliques, and enhances balance and rotational strength.
Lie on your back with knees bent and feet placed on the balance pods. Lift your hips up, squeezing glutes at the top, then lower down slowly. This exercise strengthens the glutes and hamstrings while challenging overall stability.
