Exercise 1
On all fours with the band around your right foot's arch, anchor band ends to the ground. Extend your right leg back, then draw the knee in. Switch legs and continue.
Place the roller perpendicularly under your glutes. Lie on your back. Bend your knees at 90°, lift one leg off the floor. Alternate lifting each leg toward the chest, performing a controlled “march” while balancing on the roller. This exercise strengthens core, glutes, and improves balance.
Place the cushion on a chair and sit slightly forward on the cushion, keeping feet flat on the floor. Slowly rotate your torso side to side in a smooth, controlled manner. This exercise mobilizes the spine, engages core muscles, and improves flexibility.
Sit with legs straight, band around feet arches. Grasp the band, pull towards your torso with a straight back, then release. Keep up the rows for a strong back!
Place the cushion against the back of a chair and lean back over it, allowing your spine to gently arch and shoulders to open. Support yourself with hands if needed. This exercise stretches the back, relieves tension, and encourages upright posture.
Place the spiky ball under your foot and gently roll it back and forth, massaging the sole. This can be done sitting or standing, depending on your comfort and stability. This exercise relieves tension in the feet and stimulates circulation.
Choose any convenient spiky ball and, using your hand, roll it along the side of your neck in slow, controlled movements, avoiding excessive pressure. This exercise improves neck mobility and relieves stiffness.
